Broker fees vary sometimes brokers charge fees, sometimes they do not. Any broker fees will always be clearly disclosed upfront
Application Fee: $20
A non-refundable application fee may be required to process your rental application
Pet Charges: $0 (if applicable)
Pet fees or deposits may apply and will be disclosed prior to signing a lease
Amenities Fees: $250 (waived)
Some amenities may require additional monthly fees, which will be outlined in your lease agreement
Other Fees: Any additional fees related to tenancy will be disclosed before lease signing
